Teaching Practice: Phase 1: Day 8

This day was one of respite as far as taking classes are concerned.  I had only one substitution hour for 7E students,  during the first period.  As I entered the class, I heard the pupils singing birthday song wishing one of their classmates , Dhithi. I greeted the learners and wished Dhithi on her birthday. Then I asked the learners to prepare some birthday cards for Dhithi and they came up with beautiful and colourful ones, delighting the birthday girl.

I utilized the rest of the day for preparing lesson plans and aids for the upcoming classes. Later I visited our college to get these signed by our optional teacher.
