He guided us in preparing charts on the first day, deeply delving into the details of the same, including how to hold a chisel marker, how to write different alphabets in Malayalam, English, Hindi and other languages, how to write clearly , boldly and legibly, how to judiciously make use of chart space and the like. In the afternoon session we were instructed to prepare charts on our own related to the subjects of our study. Everyone actively participated in it. Raman sir constantly walked among all students, clearing all their doubts. Finally he evaluated everyone's charts and made necessary corrections.

On the second day, the session began at 9:30 am and the preparation of models was scheduled on that day. He showed us various models he prepared related to each subject. By knowing some of the techniques of teaching aid we got surprised. This generated some innovative ideas in our mind too. Although it takes more time to make these teaching aids, students can understand the concepts very well.

The workshop provided hands on experience for the students. Everyone involved in the teaching aid preparation with utmost sincerity.  The resource person shared some simple techniques of making models which can only be seen in exhibitions. The workshop provided an opportunity for students to evoke their creativity.  Moreover the dedication, sincerity and simplicity of the resource person surprised us. He was constantly navigating from one student to another, clarifying their doubts and motivating each and every one of us. Towards the end of the session, 11 students, one from each department expressed their feedback and reflections. Day 2 came to an end at 4: 45 pm.
